The House of S.M. the King

The Spanish Constitution of 1978 establishes in its organic part a legal articulation of state power in which the figure of the king plays a very prominent role. For the fulfillment of his functions, the Head of State is assisted by an administrative apparatus under his direct dependence. This is the House of H.M. the King, a state organization of an administrative nature but not part of the State Administration.
