Code of Telecommunications Law and Audiovisual Legislation

The analysis of the content of the work is approached from a double perspective: on the one hand, the multidisciplinary nature of Telecommunications Law and, on the other hand, the convergence between Telecommunications and audiovisual in the current conceptualization of Information Technologies. All this is of unquestionable value for the knowledge of the obligations of the operators in the sector with respect to the Public Administration and in accordance with the new General Telecommunications Law and its development regulations.
