Many of its members have participated as arbitrators and Counsel in arbitrations administered by The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), The Civil and Commercial Court of Arbitration of Madrid (CIMA), The Spanish Court of Arbitration of the Superior Council of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Navigation (CEA), The Arbitration Court of Barcelona (TAB), or The Court of Arbitration of Madrid of The Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Madrid (CAM).
Our experience includes the handling of proceedings involving more than one jurisdiction or arbitral seat, and matters of diverse nature, for the resolution of which we create multidisciplinary teams composed of lawyers specialized in arbitration, and lawyers with expertise in the different matters in dispute. This allows us to advise on civil, commercial, corporate, contractual, securities markets, financial transactions, construction projects, infrastructure and energy, national and international contracting and new technologies, among other matters.
We also have experience in ad hoc arbitrations under the UNCITRAL rules. We also advise on pre- and post-arbitration proceedings in matters such as the negotiation and drafting of the arbitration agreement, the enforcement and annulment of the award, or the request for injunctive relief.
